What is our turnaround time for post installation?
We work hard to ensure *same day or next day installation if your order is received before 5 p.m., and the request is for an installation which will be made in the GTA (as laid out in our coverage area).
*Certain delays may be required due to location, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified if any delay were to be made.
What type of posts do you offer?
We provide clean white vinyl posts as well as black metal posts.*

What is our turnaround time for listing photos?
Our photographers and editors work hard to ensure a delivery time of *48-72hours from the date of the scheduled shoot.
*Certain delays may be required due to location, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. You will be notified if any delay were to be made.
What is the service schedule for installations and removals?
Our sign installers work Monday to Friday and do their best to complete all scheduled calls each day. During busy seasons, this may require longer hours, and installations in outlying areas may be completed later in the day. We appreciate your understanding.
We do not operate on civic holidays and are closed during the Christmas holidays.
What are your methods of payment?
We accept credit card payments through our website. We also accept e-trasnfer if it fit best. Contact our direct line

Will my signs fit on your posts?
Yes! Our standard sign posts feature a 6 ft upright with a 4 ft cross arm, designed to hold riders and pins securely. Our versatile system supports a wide range of sign styles. If your sign is not compatible, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.
I need a directional post installed on city property. Will this pose a problem?
Yes. To protect both parties, we do not install signs on city property, as fines for doing so can exceed $5,000.
How many photos will you provide of my listing?
The amount of photos vary based on size of the listing. Typically, we offer between 15-30 photos*
*Bachelor suites tend to need less shots compared to a 5 bedroom home with a finished basement.
